Get ready for autumn with our Fall Guide! Our Fall Guide features sports, art, and STEAM programs, plus family-friendly special events, fitness classes, and more!

Sign up for programs
We've updated our registration site, which is now hosted in the cloud. To streamline the process, we now have multiple program registration dates: preschool/youth, adult, and non-resident.

  • Tuesday, July 22 at 7 AM: Registration opens for Glencoe resident preschool and youth programs (participants 0-18)
  • Thursday, July 24 at 12 PM: Registration opens for Glencoe resident adult programs (participants over age 18)
  • Monday, July 28 at 9 AM: Registration opens for non-residents (all ages)

Logging in
To make things smoother, we encourage you to log in ahead of time to ensure your username/password is ready for registration day.

  • If your login information was saved in your browser, it will not work the first time you log in.
  • If you don't have a household account, you will need to set one up in advance. Please note, proof of residency is required. It takes us approximately one business day to confirm your household account.

During high-demand registration periods, we've added a virtual waiting room and queue. This keeps things fair and ensures the system doesn't get overloaded while you register.

  • If the program you want fills up, don't worry! You can join the waitlist for free.
  • If a spot opens, you'll receive an email within 48 hours to claim your spot and pay the program fee online. If you've made other plans, you can reject the offer, and the next person on the waitlist will be notified. If you accept the offer and have a class conflict, you will need to fill out the cancellation form.

Want to prepare ahead of time?
Use the wishlist feature! You can add the programs you're interested in to your wishlist and quickly move them into your cart when registration opens. You will need to add each program one at a time.
