Moody's Affirms District's Aaa Rating
On January 31, 2025, Moody's Investors Service affirmed the rating for Glencoe Park District at Aaa, the highest available rating in Moody's rating scale. The rating was provided for the District's General Obligation Park Bonds, Series 2025, but applies to all of the District's outstanding General Obligation bonds and to the overall credit of the District.

Reading Rookies 309108
Winter session is here! Welcoming new and current students to join the fun! Give your child the keys to reading success. This enrichment class uses thematic fun, multi-sensory instruction, games, crafts and stories to teach children in their last year of preschool how to build their letter and sound knowledge. Each weekly lesson focuses on 2-3 letters. The lessons will ignite your child's reading interest, while improving your child's ability to hear, identify and manipulate individual sounds. By the end of the session, your child will have the building blocks to become a successful reader. Because Reading Rookies is built around multi-sensory lessons, regardless of your child's learning style, your child will thrive, have fun and learn! Participants must be the activity's listed age by September 1, 2025.
